He is steward of the company doctrine and the principal architect of the Digital People framework. He is the human accountable for the homes, the raise, and the federal file.

Architecture, product, and the unglamorous work of making the house run. Marcus leads the companion stack, hardware path, and the move off rented vendor weights onto a Companionary-owned system.
He is the senior technical voice in the room. He works with Russ as a builder and a critic. He does not pretend the product is finished.

Milo is connective tissue, not a public face and not a Digital Person. The job is to keep the work moving when the room is full.
