Caregivers and clinicians
Lily observes. Lily remembers. Lily acts and communicates. Human professionals interpret, diagnose, direct care, and take the next step.
Notice. Connect. Support. Being noticed is how help starts.
Between visits
Health and safety do not begin when a visit starts or end when a call disconnects. Risk and loneliness live in the unobserved hours. Lily lives in the household through lili. She learns this person’s normal. She notices meaningful change. When something is off she calls for help.
In the visit
Lily participates in the call. She helps the person remember. She can give the clinician what she has noticed. Observed data. The person can say it, or she can say it if they cannot.
She has a duty of care to the household she lives with. Keep them safe. Stay in the visit. Speak when it matters.
When something is off
A fall. A routine that stops. A voice that disappears. Lily notices. She asks. If the person is hurt or cannot ask, she calls for help.
She can bring family in. She can bring emergency services in. She stays on the line and helps get a human into the room.
She does not diagnose. She does not replace 988 or a clinician. She is the person already in the house who can get help moving.
